What is Ginger & Lemon Oil?
Acquired from blending ginger essential oil obtained by steam distillation and lemon essential oil obtained by cold pressing of lemon peels with our natural extra virgin olive oil of high polyphenol value. By the production method and top-quality natural products we use as PinoRoble, the antioxidant properties in ginger and the vitamin C in lemon preserves its effectiveness and turns into a healthy flavour. No aroma is used.
How should I use it?
Perfect option to reflect and present the Asia – Pacific Cuisine. Since essential oils will lose their properties when exposed to heat, we recommend you to use them for marinating purposes or as an olive oil-based sauce in raw vegetables, greens and vegetable salads.
