What is Spicy Oil?

Acquired from blending the red and black pepper oleoresins and extract obtained by evaporation methods, with our natural extra virgin olive oil of high polyphenol value. In order to offer a more intense taste to spice lovers, bird’s eye chili, heated and rested at 50 degrees, is added to this mixture. No aroma is used.

How should I use it?

Since essential oils lose their properties when exposed to heat, they are more suitable for pre-service use. Although it can be used to marinate before cooking or in raw vegetables, leafy greens and vegetable salads, we recommend using it as an olive oil-based sauce, especially on your pizzas.
