Product Description
We slice the raw truffle, add salt and pepper, and keep it in olive oil. We use tuber aestivum and support the taste with melanosporum essentials creating an infusion of the ingredients directly to the olive oil. Pinoroble Truffle Carpaccio is kept as raw and served raw on the table for toppings to meat. Truffle is served as it is, very delicious!
